Hello Postgrads!
A very warm welcome to UCLU. I'm Neil, the Medical and Postgraduates Officer for 2011/12. It's my job to make you all feel welcome, make sure postgrad events are as good as possible, and to represent your wants and needs to the graduate school. Have a look around our PGA website and make sure to come along to our events to meet the team and other postgrads.

Postgraduate Welcome Events
We've a full line-up of events for new students enrolling at UCL, which can be viewed online. With everything from big club nights to table quizzes to comedy events there's something for everyone. There are also some events specifically for postgraduate students so you can meet some other people embarking on further study.

UCLU Postgraduate Association
The Postgraduate Association Executive at UCLU is a body that represents the interests and organises events for postgraduate students at UCL. You are automatically a member of the PGA and entitled to representation, an extensive provision of social activities, and support if you run into trouble. We’ll keep in touch with you by sending a brief monthly bulletin with the latest news, social events and academic/funding opportunities throughout the year. If you’d like to become more involved, you can run in an election to become a member of the Executive. Visit the PGA's website for more information.

UCL Graduate School
The Graduate School aims to provide support for students in many ways, but particularly, through its Skills Development Programme, Research Funds, Scholarships and Codes of Practice.
